Should Canadians Have An Election…Is A Much Better Thought

Curiously, One thing amongst All Of The pundiditry that is missing is this…

Of all the things I have noticed during the past few months regarding the impasse in parliament that has held it in some wierd but constant form of internal turmoil similar to a failed revolution, is that no one, not one single person,MP’s, journalists has asked Canadians if THEY feel they want or need an election.

Obviously all of you guys…MP’s, Mr Prime Minister,Mikey I., Madame GG, and all the others too obvious to mention(backroom boiler operators and the like on all sides of the rotting cedar rail fence) have forgotten that us little people that actually went out and voted in the last federal election…were not consulted in this funny democracy we have.

Ask yourselves this.

If you were still sitting at home and watching your TV(‘cuz there ain’t no jobs….)would you still be happy with the folks that are standing up in Ottawa doing nothing tangible but dig us into an uneviable hole?

I’m not so sure you would, and I’m pretty darned sure that you’d be pretty pissed off that not one elected person bothered to ask those who elected them in the first place, whether or not WE the little guys, wanted to see your arses booted off the gravy train.

Shut up Bender. Voters are like children. They should be seen but not heard.
