McCLINTIC TO APPEAR IN COURT TODAY VIA VIDEO
Terri Lynn McClintic is to appear in Woodstock Court today via video link . The 18 year old is charged with first degree murder in the kidnapping and murder of 8 year old Victoria Stafford who was taken while walking home from school on April 8, 2009.
Police continue combing through wooded areas and farmers’ fields in an effort to locate the little girls’ remains but to no avail.
Her co-accused Michael Rafferty 28 was last in court via video link on June 12, 2009.
The lawyers for the accused are asking that any trial be moved to another area as they claim they cannot get a fair trial.
I’m wondering, did the accused give Tori a fair trial?

The acused are pretty young. Canada doesn't have the death penalty. If convicted at least one of them will be paroled within ten years. Chances are they will be in a position to spit on your grave some day.

Please have the decency to keep your twisted fantasies to your self. They haven't been tried yet. They haven't been found guilty yet. One of the fundamental principles of our justice system is the presumption of innocence. They haven't even found a body yet, the revealed evidence is skimpy and you've already convicted them? Let's just do away with the courts and let you dispense justice from on high based on what you imagine might have happened.
