Police Continue Extensive Search For Victoria Stafford

ALMOST 2 MONTHS HAVE PASSED, AND STILL NOTHING HAS TURNED UP
Nearly two months after the dissappearance of Woodstocks’ Victoria Stafford, police continue their massive search effort at Oxford Countys’ landfill site in Salford, and the small town of Fergus, Ontario in Wellington County and darned near all roads in between. A concentrated effort has been seen on the 401 between Woodstock and Guelph according to witnesses that travel the highway daily.
Police are still asking property owners in areas between Woodstcok and Fergus to report any suspicious findings or disturbed land on their properties. Police are continiung their search efforts for the rear seat from the 2003 Honda Civic which has been identified as the suspects’ vehicle. The seat is identified as being “grey and cloth covered”. Police have stated that their concern is to find Toris’ remains.
A memorial service for Tori will be held at Calvary Church, Woodstock, Ontario this Saturday, 1 p.m. memorial at 65 Lansdowne Ave. The building can hold up to 1100 persons in anticiaption of a large turnout for the service.
