hitting Back….A Submission

http://www.1047.ca/audio.php

The above link takes you to Heart FM podcasts. Click on Nyp's Mar 25 entry.

Adam Nyp's response to requests to interview Tait and Sobeski is to do a hatchet job on both of them in an editorial. The spineless little cocksucker won't
interview them on air. He won't allow them the same opportunity he offers Harding. Based on what I heard he didn't even write the editorial. It's got Harding written
all over it. Both Heart FM and the Sentinel are working for Harding and against this community. Don't waste your time complaining to either of them.
COMPLAIN TO THEIR ADVERTISERS!
If a local business advertizes with these bastards call or email and tell them you're taking your business elsewhere. Tell them why. Be sure and mention Adam
Nyp's name.
Why would you continue to finance Harding's propaganda machine? It's time to start hitting back. It's all about advertizing and circulation/listeners. Start
complaining and stop buying the paper and listening to Heart FM. God knows there are better papers to read and radio stations to listen to.

    Thanks for that Jim.

Both Sobeski and Tait have been on our airwaves speaking their discontent with the process involving the art gallery. Along with Harding AND Talbot. It’s called balanced coverage. Take a look back at the story on our website from Friday March 6th, quoting both Tait AND Sobeski.

Also have a listen to the podcast from Friday, March 11th. Think Harding wrote that one? Think again Jim.

Jim didn’t write it. That’s why it’s called a submission.

I’m familiar with the Mar 11 podcast. It mischaracterizes the dynamic on council. Talbot and Gerrie aren’t wavering despite their rhetoric and Northcott wasn’t even mentioned. It’s a 4 – 3 split.

Your comments regarding the poll and possible impact on the coming election were merely stating the obvious.

Nothing you’ve done even begins to mitigate the hatchet job you did with your recent editorial.

It’s an editorial. That’s fine. Just stop trying to pretend there’s anything fair or balanced about your coverage when you do a slash and burn job on one side and let the others off with some bland portents about possible future election problems. It doesn’t wash.

Well obviously I’m not going to win any friends in this nice ‘blogosphere’ you’ve got going here.

But I don’t hide behind anonymity.

    Have a nice day.

Playing the anonymous card to avoid addressing the argument? That one’s getting old.

Keep an eye on the Sentinel for Colin Duckworth’s follow up to his letter earlier this week. It’s an eye opener. He took the effort to investigate and didn’t just believe what he read in the paper or heard on the radio.

The letters to the editor for the 27th are posted on the Sentinels website. No letter from Colin Duckworth. They’ve got it so where is it?

I just might have checked when they were updating. There is another letter in the Sentinel now. It’s not the one I was expecting but it is critical of the gallery proposal. Thank you Jo Harman.

    So where’s Colin Duckworth’s?

Jo Harman’s mention of the Ingersoll Creative Arts Centre points to what can be done with a limited budget by a group of people who are actually dedicated to art and not just their high opinion of their own importance. I’ve been to the Creative Arts Centre a number of times and have always been impressed not only with the art on display but with the attitude of the members. It’s a stark contrast with the Woodstock Gallery people who seem more interested in impressing themselves than promoting any real interest in art.

The Ingersoll Creative Arts people are a vital part of the community. They give back far more than they receive. Contrast that with Woodstock where our gallery feeds off the public and returns little, if anything at all.

It’s Saturday. Colin Duckworth’s letter didn’t make it to the paper. I suppose it’s understandable. Himself is a busy man. It’s probably still sitting in his inbox awaiting approval.

AJN aka Adam Nyp is a person with short person syndrom like Hugo the fag who succumb to people like Mikey and use their respective positions to make up for their shortcomings. In this case like many others they will be a memory very shortly as only the talented objective journalist has longevity. They can join Harding in oblivion and we we all be the better for it.

You maybe right about the personalities of our local news boys but to suggest they are the problem is missing the point. Nyp and Hugo and for that matter Harding could not operate the way they do without the cooperation of their respective organizations.

No self respecting station or publication would tolerate Nyp or Hugo. They would have been history long ago. I think they are just following orders. That doesn’t excuse their vile actions but look higher up the food chain for the real culprits.

Speaking of complicit media does anyone know if Rogers has broadcast the Tait interview yet? It was supposed to be on Friday evening but that never happened. More technical difficulties?

Apparently the Tait interview was broadcast Friday night but not at the time initially indicated. Did anyone see it?
