Great, There Will Be No More Peeing in Public in Woodstock

Okay, I understand that I shall not hang my royal member of a weenie out in the wind and thou shalt not pee in any place that is public(does this include the public washroom?)and I acknowledge that peeing in public is well, ummm, peeing in public and that I may be subjected to a fine for publicly urinating, but I wonder, is there actually going to be a bylaw enforcement officer out looking for unzipped trousers in the city of Woodstock and when he finds you with your zipper down, will he be polite, or will he wack it with his willy wacker?
On another note, as pee has become totally unacceptable in this age of sensibilities Im wondering if they will extend this to dogs on our streets? Oh yes, I forgot, we already have an animal by law that is not enforced. i imagine this will be just one more rule that will be left not enforced…but it looks good on the books and makes our council look like they are actually doing something…

What is going on that council feels the need to pass a no pee bylaw? I’d like to get the story behind this. Who’s been peeing and where?

They say the bars are the problem. Let’s ban alcohol.

    Bars? Bars have toilets.

The patrons are the problem. Let’s ban trailer park trash.

Patrons’ are the problem.Maybe not all of them.
Public exposure is already a crime.
Will your by-law enforcement person be working after bars close?

The by-law enforcement people work 8am -4pm. Mon – Fr. The police enforce bylaws after office hours on a complaint basis.

If you see someone peeing call the Pee Patrol.
