Oh, And this guy says this, and this one says that.

Re: Shirley McMillans’ letter of August 28, 08.
What really disturbs me about Autism besides the inherent difficulty of living with a child that suffers with it is how all of the political parties in such an opportunistic manner bring up these issues when none of them are really interested in understanding or dealing with what it is all about. I don’t think I’ve ever heard more partisan BS in my whole life!
Contrary to Ms. McMillans’ well sided with the government opinion, placing the blame on the governing party of present is acceptable to most of us parents of children with Autism. We can blame past governments for their sorrowful neglect, but the present government with all of the information, facts and expert testimony that has been presented to them cannot claim blind ignorance when in fact it is willful ignorance as they are fully apprised of the facts surrounding Autism, and if they aren’t they are asleep at the wheel.
So I will agree, that the opposing parties did nothing (We can say this is characteristic of any normal government.) when presented with the opportunity to do just that, but instead of continuing the tradition of doing very little (Once again the most common characteristic of any government) that is meaningful for children suffering with Autism, why not bust out of the box and do something completely irrational…like offer full unabated treatment, access to family programs and support services and perhaps some better support to the front line workers who work with these persons instead of offering excuses and party dogmas that accomplish little to nothing at all?
Nope, it’ll never happen, not in my sons’ developing life and even if it did there’d be a miserable catch to it I bet or a hundred year waiting list.
You see, we have had 10 full years since his diagnosis and for all of those years, the months of treatment can be counted on one hand…yes, months. I can fully assert that the fragmented programs that have been delivered are delivered in such a bare essential kind of way that it’s difficult to be friendly about it.
That’s how much my family believes in our government when they consistently make such brutal empty promises. We’ve heard it all before and I’ll tell you now that we’ve been lied to by some of the best and brightest MPPs’ in Ontario history so much that most of us just don’t even pay attention to the verbal diarrhea that gushes forth from their elected lips. It’s a soap opera of tragic proportion.
Your Premier and his party have been presented with an opportunity (through the benevolence of the electorate) to help these people but so far during their time in office have squandered that said time dwelling more on partisan party building than dealing with this massive crisis in Ontario. Any Crisis Management Expert would tell you that the elected governments’ approach has been sorely lacking in focus and meaning, bearing little in the way of positive results.
If Mr. McGuinty truly and personally believed that helping children with Autism was important or worth a vote to his party like it was a few years back, he would have done it! But I in all of my exquisite and infinite knowledge can easily and quite blushingly confide that he and his ilk will leave office no more a hero to all of these affected families than Mike Harris, or Bob Rae did upon their exits. And that is the only one fact I am completely prepared to believe in.

And what I don’t understand is why you are pissing around with this.

Visit http://www.thinkfree.ca/ read website thoroughly, create login, see forums and learn your remedies.

If you really want to make changes then go see a good Naturopath, get results and actually solve problems. While you’re at it, get Naturopaths instated into our gov. paid health care and take the power away from greedy pill pushing doctors that come up with only band-aid solutions or ones that don’t work at all.

Whatever that site might have to do with Autism is beyond me. I don’t think a naturopath would help in that situtation at all. He’s not talking about a cold.

And this is the general problem of most PPL won't get off their butt, actually check, study and find out before commenting. Instead they will sit there and criticize from an uneducated position.

Get back to me AFTER you have actually studied the content an learned what's there.

And for your information Naturopaths have been around for hell of a lot longer than North American Corporate Sponsored Doctors who stem from European butchers of last 300 yrs. Therefore Naturopaths who have been around for 1,000's of years know much more than present drug pushers. 😀

Even European doctors are now light years ahead of North American ones in providing actual solutions.

If you look at detailed Egyptian, Sumerian, East Indian and Chinese medicine you will find they have cures for everything we have today and much more.

Why do you think USA went into Iraq and the first thing they went after is over 65,000 plus clay tablets and other records at the main museum?
Answer: It's all ancient knowledge that we even today are trying to catch up to. 😛

In Napoleon's time the base of great pyramid, first 20 feet in height or so, was covered in small size inscriptions all the way around and after the Vatican found out an order was given to strip it of all covering stone. But not before a full imprint was taken and hidden in the Vatican and a French repository. That's like wiping off the full library of congress. Now why would they do this?

Much of this info goes back to 6,000 BC and as far back as 40,000 BC, if not much more.

Then you have the greatest library on Earth right in front of you, called the Internet. Maybe try using it.

    Here are some hints:
Look up East Indian medicine and Chinese as well.
    The rest you can google.

Too bad the white man exterminated the knowledge in North America that the Natives held. Those were the best local solutions.
